non mi da un'errore particolare arriva ad un certo punto, poco dopo l'avvertimente che verrà temporaneamente resettata la rete, fa rollout e mi dice che a causa di un indefinito errore non può andare avanti. Sai se l'installazione crea un file di log dove caire meglio l'errore?

Allora durante il passaggio salta l'installazione del network di virtualbox.

Risolto: era evidentemente un problema di disinstallazione della versione precedente. Disinstallato con revo uninstaller la vecchia versione ed ora tutto ok.

Dopo quasi un mese in fase di beta è uscito Oracle VM VirtualBox 3.2, la prima versione “made in Oracle” di Virtualbox dopo l’acquisizione di Sun.

Oltre al rebrand del programma sono state apportate interessanti novità. Le più importanti sono:

* Supporto sperimentale per guest Mac OS X
* Memory ballooning. La possibilità di aumentare o diminuire la ram utilizzata dalle varie istanze (solo su sistemi a 64bit) senza doverne interrompere l’esecuzione. Al momento è sfruttabile solo attraverso linea di comando e la memoria liberata resta a disposizione di Virtualbox e non rilasciata al sistema operativo
* Page Fusion. La deduplicazione delle pagine di ram che sono identiche fra le varie istanze
* Aggiunta e rimozione dinamica delle CPU

io avevo problemi con le USB (che uso per la stampante e lo scan)... ma avevo risolto con la 3.2.12
ora ho messo la 4, ho solo installato la 7 small di ptrc, per ora va molto bene ma non ho provato se funziona il tutto ancora...
