w7 riconosce il lettore per pochi secondi

Buon Anno a tutti ho installato w7 ultimate 64 bit e il mio acer 5738zg che montava vista riconosce il lettore solo per poco, i driver sono aggiornati (così mi dice) quando lo riconosce! il lettore è slimtype DVD A DS8A3S ata Device. Ho provato a reinstallare il so ma non ho risultati, qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Che sia nuovo non vuol dire nulla, devi appunto vedere se i componenti sono tutti compatibili.

Ciao, è un problema noto di installazione di windows7 che non riconosce alcuni lettori durante l'installazione. Risolvere il problema è semplice basta modificare un paio di cosette nel registro

Soluzione 1

Riavviare il computer e come si avvia il computer premere F8.

Selezionare DISABLE DRIVER SIGNATURE ENFORCEMENT e fare Invio.

1 - Fare clic su Start, quindi fare clic su Tutti i programmi.

2 - Fare clic su Accessori, quindi fare clic su Esegui.

3 - digitare regedit, e quindi fare clic su OK. Se viene chiesto di immettere una password di amministratore o una conferma, digitare la password o scegliere consenti.

4 - Nel riquadro di spostamento, individuare e quindi scegliere la seguente sottochiave del Registro di sistema:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ (4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318)

5 - Nel riquadro di destra, fare clic su UpperFilters. Si può anche vedere una voce del Registro di sistema UpperFilters.bak. Non è necessario rimuovere quella voce.
Fare clic solo su UpperFilters. Se non vedi la voce del Registro di sistema UpperFilters potrebbe essere necessario rimuovere la voce del Registro di
sistema LowerFilters.

6 - Dal menu Modifica, scegliere Elimina.

7 - Quando viene chiesto di confermare l'eliminazione, scegliere Sì..

8 - Uscire da Editor del Registro.

9 - Riavviare il computer.

Se non avete trovato il UpperFilter o LowerFilter nel Registro di sistema provare un altro metodo.

Soluzione 2

Un'altra cosa da provare sarebbe quella di disabilitare il driver firma permanente disattivando la bandiera controlli di integrità. Per fare questo seguire le seguenti
istruzioni:
Fare clic su Start> Programmi> Accessori> Prompt dei comandi fare clic destro> Esegui come amministratore. 1.
Incollare la seguente riga nella finestra del prompt dei comandi e premere Invio

Bcdedit / set DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS loadoptions

Riavviare il computer.


Io ho risolto questo problema ad un mio amico con un ASUS G50vt usando il primo metodo

Ho provato la soluzione 1 eliminando prima upperfilters e non avendo risolto ho provato ad eliminare anche lowerfilters, ma senza nessun risultato. Sono passato alla soluzione 2 che proponi ma mi viene risposto che il comando è sconosciuto.

Scusa ma non ho spiegato bene il passaggio degli up e i low, se sono presenti entrambi vanno cancellati tutti e due.

Questa è la soluzione che da ufficialmente la microsoft la prima l'avevo usata come avevo scritto con un asus mentre la seconda non l'ho mai provata per cui può anche essere che non funzioni, comunque se anche la prima nn risolve controllerei il lettore dvd che non habbia qualche problema di compatibilità o altro magari cerca in giro se ci sono altri con il tuo stesso portatile che hanno quel problema

Microsoft noted that it was aware of the issue, and provided a few workarounds for the affected customers to regain DVD drive functionality. According to the Redmond company symptoms involve completely or only intermittently inaccessible DVD drives post-Windows 7 installations. According to Microsoft, there is an issue with the firmware for some DVD drive products and the Adaptive Link Power Management (ALPM) in Windows 7.

The software giant even revealed the specific devices that are affected by problems: “This problem may occur if you use one of the following DVD drives on the computer: Sony BC-5100S DVD, Sony BC-5600S DVD and TSST TS-L633B DVD+/-RW.”
According to Microsoft there are two workarounds that end users can turn to. The first is the simplest, and it involves updating the firmware for Sony BC-5100S DVD, Sony BC-5600S DVD and TSST TS-L633B DVD+/-RW. “To check for an applicable firmware update, contact the manufacturor of the DVD drive,” Microsoft noted.
At the same time, the Redmond company presents an alternative designed to let Windows 7 users regain DVD drive functionality in the eventuality that a firmware update is not available. The second mitigation involves disabling the Adaptive Link Power Management (ALPM) feature.
“ALPM is a feature that puts a hardware device into sleep state after 100 ms of idle time. This is a power-saving feature. After you disable ALPM, you can still configure the drive to run in any one of three power plans: Performance, Balanced, and Power Saver. However, you cannot still benefit from the additional power saving that is provided by ALPM,” Microsoft explained.
In order to disable ALPM users will need to first open a command prompt. Just enter cmd in the search box under the start menu and right click the selected result choosing Run as Administrator. There are a total of six commands that users must run, Microsoft revealed, all of them included below. Commands must be executed in this order:
